Our company carries out thermal spray coating applications to European standards. We apply chromium carbide coatings to machine parts exposed to wear and extreme loads. Chromium carbide coating applications are divided into hot and cold applications. Hot applications can be made up to 5–6 mm thickness. Cold applications can be made up to 400–500 microns. Our chromium carbide coating values are in the 58–65 HRc range.

Can you recoat a worn part?
Yes. We can recoat a worn part, machine it back to its original dimensions and bring it back to like-new condition. If an earlier coating exists on the part, it is removed, the necessary preparation is done, and the part can be coated again with better properties.
